Our products have no preservatives or additives, and the shelf life for our bakery products is 2 days, so it would not be suitable for freezing. Except for the Squirrel Brownies, which are perfect frozen.

Condiments, Confitures, etc. have a 24-month shelf life.
Chocolats have a 4-week shelf life.
Confiserie has a 6-month shelf life.
